Breadmakers part 2
I decided to test the bread maker today, cautiously added the ingredients (double checking the measuring cup), and started it. At one point during the mix cycle, there was an odd noise, but it stopped. So I waited the 3 hours and 10 minutes that it normally takes to complete the entire bread-making cycle. Here is the result:

That's so cool. Brandon has been baking lots of bread lately. It's his new thing. We got a grain mill and Kitchenaid stand mixer for Christmas. (We were spoiled, for sure!) Baking with freshly milled grain is soooo delish. Tell S. that is impressive mechanics!
Yay! That's awesome that your handy hubby was able to salvage it. Way to go!
